West drwy east side. no ramp at 3rd st. corner east & south. inspect 5/15/96. 4-18-96, spoke w/ Arron Biebenach of marthon oil co @ 317-872-3200x2034 says thier not responsible. 5-01-96, Marthon Spoke W/Arron Biebenach @317-872-3200x2034, says he's not responsible, he was instructed not to do site work. Will send letter to Starvin Marvin. 5-1-96 confirmed w/ Steve Cottingham that owner is responsible. Called Marthon@ 10:32 left message for Biebenach. 5-20-96 Talked w/ Biebenach, says they will comply w/ code. inspect for compliance. On 6-20-96
