Leavittm met with the complainant to discuss the problem and the possible solutions. He was informed that the complaint would be pursued. Homeowner was informed it was a civil matter and that he needed to pursue other means.....Tried to work with Steve Cottingham on final site grading down the street.......Did not work with Mr Blackwell.
