Sidewalk Snow Removal: Request
Mr. Moulden called about the approval of Phase V Section 2 at Tamarron. He is concerned that this building activity will further exacerbate the water problem the Gun Club has been experienceing. Mr. Moulden complained of an increasing problem over the last couple of years. The Gun Club, which is downstream of Tamarron, has been flooded with a couple of feet of water during some storm events.

talked to mr moulden and investigated situtation with engineering. tammarron has storm water detention pond functioning. no direct correlation can be drawn between two properties.
