Insp. with complaintant. He dug through trash and found the carbon copy of a check with the name address and phone number. Called Tina M. Voss of 317 N. Ind. #3 who says that one of her roommates must have put the trash in 309's trash containment area. Mike Hines bagged up trash and was going to tag for pick up .
