Sidewalk Snow Removal: Request

Ms. Byers is concerned about the stormwater drainage from Fieldstone. She has water that drains from her property onto the Wiley Farm and she is afraid they will dam up the swale.

I reviewed the current plans and spoke with Tim Hansen at Smith-Neubecker. He said that they had met with Ms. Byers about the problem. Two options are to fill in the low spot on her property to prevent flooding or they could perform a backwater curve analysis and verify that the flood elevation would not be raised in the post development state. I spoke with Tim Hansen about the situation he said that they S/N will meet with Ms. Byers again to resolve the problem.
