The wall at this intersection is 10 feet from the edge of pavement and is back far enough to allow a car to safely enter the street. This problem is where cars are parking to close to the alley entrance. There is a 24" silver maple in the grass plot between the sidewalk and the curb. Recommend restriping the yellow curb back to the required 15' from the end of the radius leaving the wall and the tree.
