Spoke to contractor on site, Bob. Owner is Evie Ladin, she led him to believe she had a permit. Radio City Engr to check, no permit or application. Gave bus.card to Bob, asked him to stop working & have Evie see CE ASAP, by Tues. or SWO the premises. Ms. Ladin came by to obtain electrical permit for some work. Discussed scope of work w/ ObraktaK & me. Electric permit all that's necessary.
