Per letter, citizen is requesting a 30 minute parking zone on N. Fess between 10th st. and Cottage Grove for use as a loading zone. (see letter in traffic complaint file.)
Leavittm spoke with Parking about the request due to the nature. The complainant wanted a parking space by a daycare for nursing children. This is not a possible restriction. If it were made a loading zone, it would be for all to use.
