Sidewalk Snow Removal: Request
Street Department started a repair on the storm culvert in her yard two months ago and has no finished the repair. She called on 7/20/95 to complain and I contacted Rodney Douglas at that time and reminded him of the project. Ms. Lawrence believes that since the hole has been left open that more damage has occurred. I told her we would reinspect.

Yard no repaired, there is surface erosion. Will re-look at video tape and specify some erosion control blanket for the repair. Street crews mulched and seeded the area.
