Assigned Wykoffj to investigate the site conditions for review by myself. Brought before the traffic commission on 8/23/95. T.C. reccommended that we add a second stop sign on the left hand side of the road to improve the visibility. The City Landscaper will also pursue removal of the tree. The Traffic Dept. installed a second stop sign on the left hand side of the road
