Drove by property--they have lots of "stuff" (tires, grill, metal things) but no trash problem. Left a note. Resident called immediately--I discussed with her that I had received a complaint and that they perhaps should try to remove or at least neatly stack the stuff. Offered help in junk removal.
Resident said they just moved in; they would try to clean up a bit. Called complainant back. Resident did remove, stack, and cover much of the stuff.
