Phone Call: Man called who lives at 613 E 12th St, says he walks in neighborhood and several undergrad homes along 11th near Park Ave extending to 12th St (near corner of Park & 11th) have trash on porch and in rear of home often, saw 2 giant rats last night, very concerned!!!
