Called owner of 410 S. Highland Steve Patterson and asked him to please take care of trash in the next few days. He had other complaints about the city being responsible for flooding in his basement. Let him know that trash still needed to be picked up. He said he appreciated my call. Issued ticket with fine to 410 S. Highland. See photos.
