Phone Call: I just fielded a call from a gentleman in Hyde Park who said that many of the residents have not cleared their sidewalks of snow and ice. He said he has fallen twice while walking on the sidewalks. He also mentioned that driving by, enforcement officers may not see the sidewalks because of snow piled up on the edge of the road and hiding the sidewalks from view.
