Email: This was sent to the City via the Citizen e-mail site: The citizen states: this house would easily recognized what a "sore thumb", they are in violation of multiple city codes & have been for several months. They have trash littering their yard, driveway and porch. They have temporary fixtures sitting in their driveway for 3+ months (storage devices). They have had several cars "up on blocks" sitting in their driveway & obstruct the sidewalk. The grass is over 3' tall.
