(called from work all times), spoke with Beth she said she was terminated because she did not set up an appointment and had no records of her messages. Citizen objects that Utilities will only repave area torn up for water main installation. Says the work has damaged the whole street and it needs repaving. Says the front of her property has been damaged by storage & removal of gravel, etc. Wants her lawn repaired. Has spoken with Doug Jones who said Mike Farmer would call her. Has also spoken with Dana at Street.

Resident of condos west of Southeast Park found "pot smoking device" on the basketball courts. He took the device to the Police Dept who in turn contacted Parks. He reported that becasue the grass is high, people can stay hidden. Said you can't see the footbridge for the growth. Concerned that children could get ahold of this stuff.

Home owner experiences flooding in back yard and attributes problem to storm water drainage in his Allen Valley Subdivision. He spoke with the developer, Raymond Moore, about remedies and checked with another excavator who advised him that proposed work was only a temporary solution. Moore came in today without permission and dug up backyard. He asked Moore to leave and Moore did without restoring property. Private inspector said storm water facilities were not up to code.
