903 S.Maxwell Terrace #B. Ongoing mold issue since September 2015. The leasing company is not properly addressing the root problem. Tenants have been living in mold infested apartments since September. Refusing to get PROFESSIONAL mold inspector to clear and certify safety of the apartment/ building. They are irresponsible. Old abandoned garage that is falling apart. This is on a rental property and the owners of this property have not touched the building in the 3 years we have lived next to them. There is a car behind the garage and another car in the garage. The building is falling apart and is a safety hazard to kids in the neighborhood. Many stray animals may be living in this structure, and have seen suspicious peoples coming from it from time to time as well (as if they are squatting there). Please help resolve this issue, as it is a huge danger to my family’s safety.

At the intersection of Clark and 8th Street, there is a house that the owner has completely filled with old newspapers. Now that the house has no more space he is starting to put newspapers into the front yard. The owner has also put gas containers in front of the building. I am concerned that this is a big fire hazard.
