MR. KEYES WORKS FOR CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES. STATES THIS MOBILE HOME IS OWNED BY MICHAEL (UNK LAST NAME) 320-2637; NO GAS ON THERE, FURNACE IS IN POOR SHAPE AND THEY ARE USING SPACE HEATERS. ALSO CEILING IS FALLING IN. THIS IS ALSO AN UNREGISTERED RENTAL. RENTERS ARE TRACY AND RICKY LITTRELL AND THEY HAVE NO PHONES. GAVE TO BARRY COLLINS
REPORTS THAT THERE WAS A FIRE IN THIS MOBILE HOME AND THE FLOORS ARE OUT OF IT AND IT STANDS WIDE OPEN. HUSBAND IS IN JAIL AND WIFE IS DENISE HUDSON 812-865-8412. THERE IS NO INSURANCE. UNSAFE STRUCTURE.
Tall grass; garage ready to fall down; animals living under garage; large dead tree in back yard with barb-wire around the tree.
Unsafe structure with rats, skunks, etc. living under structure. House should be demolished. City started working with the owner and then stopped after owner died.
REPORTS THAT HE RAN CHILDREN AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY YESTERDAY. THE PLACE IS GUTTED WITH NO FRONT DOOR, ONLY CAUTION TAPE. THERE ARE HOLES IN THE FLOOR, AN OPEN ELECTRICAL BOX AND NUMEROUS OTHER PROBLEMS. PLEASE INVESTIGATE RIGHT AWAY..HE WILL BE GONE FOR 2 DAYS AND IS GREATLY CONCERNED THE KIDS WILL COME BACK AND GET HURT.
There is a unsafe structure at the above address. The entire front of the sturcture has been blown off.
Caller says there is a building that the brick facade is bowing and pulling loosse from the structure. Believes they have a temporary fix on the issue, but is concerned about safety. WOuld like an inspector to look at it and maybe contact Colonial Crest.
Mobile home has been vandalized is possibly unsafe. Owner will not do anything about it. Mobile home has been vacant for about 10 years. Owner is Junia Rice. Her attorney is Pip Chamberlin.
