The owner of 1413 w 11th st has established a series of about 7 five gallon plastic buckets up against his house that are holding stagnant water. This will breed mosquitos and is unsafe to the neighborhood as it will contribute to the spread of disease including the potential for zika. Please have the owner remedy the situation.

Maybe I need the dept. of health. The house at 810 S. Parkway Dr. has a garage full of trash. Animal control has a case on this woman and the hse. has been checked according to my neighbor by APS but the GARAGE is full of pure trash. I saw a mouse or rat run across the driveway last week which her cat was chasing. I bought my home across from her in April and NOT ONCE has this woman put trash out EVER.
