Robin's daughter visits her father in the third unit at 1310 N. Maple. He rents this unit from his parents. Robin reports that much electrical work and plumbing work was done at the house without the proper permits and that the work was not done properly. In a meeting with citizens, it was brought to our attention that a house in the 1300 or 1400 block of W. 6th appears unsafe. It has a blue tarp on the roof and a hole in the front wall. Appears vacant but an attractive nusiance to children in the neighborhood.
