dilapidated structure
This structure is abandoned and the yard is being used as a toilet by the homeless. The west window appears to be open or missing. The front porch floor is buckled.
527 N Prow Ave has sump pump draining into the road causing dangerous road condition when it turns to ice.
There is a window by the grass and the parking lot (on right side of building near the dumpsters/ally). There is tons of glass that is a hazard to my dog and others in the community who use this area to let their dogs go to the bathroom (there are at least 5 I know that use this space). The glass is very dangerous and has been ignored. There is also tons of trash in this grass left by workers fixing this building.
this property has been vacant for 25 years. the house is falling away from the chimney. there are holes in the foundation. When the wondows have broken she has had to board them up. the place is an acctractive nusiance and in unsafe condition. The owner is:Randy McGlothlin 5891 N. State Rd. 48 47408

The property 616 N Plymouth Rd has not been occupied for many years. (We have lived at our current address for over 19 years.) While the grass is mowed, there is now a dead tree on the side of the property that periodically falls into Beacon Ct after storms. In addition, there is a broken window in the front and evidence of animals inside. The entire property is slowly decaying and is becoming quite an eyesore.
The house at 1415 W 11th st has been abandoned by the owner for months and is unsafe to the neighborhood. There are animals living inside and years worth of trash dumped behind the house. Toilets, tires, carpeting, insulation, etc. If the owner is not forced to remedy the situation he will leave it like this indefinitely. Please help!
