Other: The house at 1415 W 11th st has been abandoned by the owner for months and is unsafe to the neighborhood. There are animals living inside and years worth of trash dumped behind the house. Toilets, tires, carpeting, insulation, etc. If the owner is not forced to remedy the situation he will leave it like this indefinitely. Please help!
