Hello, an illegal addition was built on side of garage of the house. without proper permits the electrical box is unsafe and outside expose to elements ,unsafe buildings roofs are pitched incorrectly and are unsafe , there is multiple people and kids living in unsafe conditions who currently rent on multiple buildings and garage addition as far as we know no permits for multiple rentals have been approved.
Home has been abandoned for several years. It is not secured (openings and a broken window present). The interior is in a state of demolition. Gutters have trees growing in them. Shed is unsecured. Rear fence fallen over. Debris pile in rear yard.
Structure appears to be in state of disrepair, "ready to fall down."
What is going on here? A half-deconstructed building that is a danger to all who seek shelter on this property and a general eyesore. Are you aware that the 8’ basement is nearly full of water. Not a very safe place to bathe…I believe the city planning department (or the city in conjunction with the county) has the ability to condemn this structure and cause the cleanup of this site. I am here to report a safety issue on the location above. There is a tree branch laying on top of the street for almost one year. It seems the branch can fall on the street anytime. Please take care of it before it hurts any one. Thank you.
I appreciate you mowing so quickly after I called to mow. There is still overgrowth there. Furthermore, I have seen people coming in and out of the empty building that used to be the red cross. I don't think they are supposed to be there. Can you post a sign that says no trespassing? They broke a window within the last week to get in.
