It is Mike's understanding that Covenanter Dr. is not to be used as an access road for construction of condos south of Eton Mews. Mike saw two dump trucks go through this morning that he thinks belongs to Rogers Group.
Mr. Potter expressed disapproval and a desire for the West Third Street Phase II project to utilize two way left turn lanes instead of a raised median.
Deb McMullen is upset that the city has spent all this money on the College Mall Road project, and the best the city could come up with was restricting only one business, namely Dr. Steeles, to no entry from the south. She says that it looks bad on the department.
Desires a cleanout for the slotted drain in the driveway. Desires a tree well for the gum tree on north side of drive. Desires drainage improvements on the southeast side. Desires opening in the median.
Letter stated Mr. Schatz feels that a crack (leak) in his pvc pipe connector to meter was caused by damage during construction. Customer had break repaired but received extra large water bill. Wants matter investigated and adjustment made.
Fax was received stating that Mike and Julie Donham were upset with the final yard work at 515 S. Washington St. in Bloomington, IN. They feel add'l. topsoil and seeding are needed along sidewalk and 2 depressesions needed on south side of house.
She called to lodge a complaint about the speed humps that have been installed on Morningside Drive. She lives in Park Ridge east and can't "catch the light" at Smith and 3rd and can't use 10th Street because of the "awful bicycles". She says we have just created "one large driveway " for the people who live on Morningside.
Road closed signs are knocked over and are in the southbound lane of Woodlawn.
