There is currently straw around the drainage ditch in front of 2202 S. Rockport. There is not any grass growing, it is all mud filled. There is now a cement stone on the property, left from the construction, and the complaintant can not mow around it. Please call Ms. Smith with any updates on the situation.
STREET CUT STILL NEEDS REPAIRED WHERE CBU REPAIRED MAIN BREAK
Mr. Jones wrote letter dated 2/2/99 that stated that CBU crews constructed sanitary sewer thru east end of his property during 1995. The surveyor stake for the property line marker was removed and not replaced. Mr. Jones states that the easement agreement provides that the property will be returned to the original condition prior to construction work. Mr. Jones would like the marker replaced.
The residents at 925 S. Ballantine had a contractor make a street cut across Ballantine. The cut is sinking in and has become dangerous.
Mr. Turpin called and reported that when the Utilities Dept. installed new line on Rockport Road they dug up entry to his driveway. At that time the driveway had a culvert. When redoing his driveway, no culvert was installed. Water backs up in his driveway now and he has a "muddy mess." He would like a culvert installed since he is afraid his car will be damaged.
(Please call the above complainant for additional information). Says Utilities dug a hole to install a manhole and did not finish grading around it.
Ms Sudbury is unhappy with the amount of traffic that is using Wapehani Road as a cut-through from the Wapehani Hills development.
