Please see attached photo. This location is at 10th and Park and has been reported to the IU Grounds Dept. as a tripping hazard. The gray bucket is there to indicate a bus pickup for the Boy Scouts that are in town but the metal and the sandbags are blocking the sidewalk, our crews moved the items off the sidewalk and into the homeowners yard. Hi there! It seems like every week there is an accident at the intersection of N Washington and 7th street. I’m wondering if you could put a stop sign there since it’s really dangerous for people driving and pedestrians crossing. Thanks!
Intersection of Patterson and Allen. If heading north on Patterson, there is a hump as you cross Allen street at the light. When doing 30mph(the speed limit) it's enough to upset steering and cause traction control to come on.

I may have sent this to the wrong department earlier today. Cars are parking regularly in front of the hydrant on the North East corner of Maple Street at West 7th. Can you please come and repaint the curb? You guys did a great job repainting the curbs on W 7th but the curbs on Maple need it too. Thanks.
please add a traffic signal here this can be a dangerous intersection. a traffic signal here will aid the city bus (route 6 and 6L) in making its runs and traffic flow for cars, bikes and pedestrian's.
At 704 N. Park Ridge Road Ms. Kaye Hill reports that the sidewalk in front of her house is sinking and is adjacent to a storm drain. Sidewalk sink is helping to collect water and contribute to some flooding from recent rains. There are green and orange paint marks on the sidewalk there and it may already be on the list for repair. Please contact Kaye and take a look at the site to determine what can be done and advise Kaye. Thank you.
Ms. Borhan said the City tore up her driveway approximately a year ago and promised to return landscaping and everything back to "as was". She has not had any landscaping done and there is mud at the driveway.
Resident has requested installation of speed bumps along W Howe St to control traffic driving parallel to Building Trades Park. They have personally observed residents travelling at high speeds while children were playing in the area.
GRAVEL AND UTILITY TRUCKS ARE LEFT ON THIS STREET WHEN THE CREW ISN'T WORKING HERE. THE GRAVEL DUST CAUSES A MESS. HER CAR IS DIRTY, AND SHE CAN'T OPEN HER WINDOWS BECAUSE IT GETS HER HOUSE DIRTY.
