At 15th and Walnut, just west of Walnut, the curb is painted to allow parking. Often there are three cars parked there. When a car is parked as close to Walnut as legally possible according to the yellow curb, it is impossible to come east on 15th and get back over to the stop sign behind the stop line. This means the rear end of one's car is sticking into the westbound lane of 15th, or else the front is sticking into Walnut. If the yellow curb were extended westward from the intersection to leave room for just two cars to park, it would be simple to get over to the stop line and not be in the way of westbound traffic on 15th. A street sign was recently installed at E Thornton Dr & S Henderson St (on the southside of town), and it is missing again. I'm not sure if the recent high winds may have blown the sign off, or what happened. Also, the street sign at E North Dr & S Henderson St (by South High School) is reversed. Indiana RR bridge on Adams St. has many severe impacts scars. The Waterman Neighborhood Association is considering a painting project, but would like inspection and repairs first. Suggestion: paint it yellow, so speeders would see it, and the City have paint on hand to cover up speeder mistakes.

Does anyone even monitor the lights to enter a freeway. Car pool lane is only for two or more in the vehicle. The ramp from Bush Lake Road to enter 494E is constantly being abused. Car after car after car is using the car pool lane with only one person in the vehicle. Very frustrating as I'm in the proper lane awaiting my turn and watching all these other cars entering the freeway and not using the proper lane. Why have this feature if it isn't monitored?

I drive for Uber/Lyft in Bloomington. The number of stop signs that I have noticed that are blocked or partially blocked by foliage is approximately one in very ten. I stop at roughly 500 of these signs per 9 hour shift ant it is dangerous. Also the smaller alleys have so much over growth that they scratch the side of the vehicles. Does Bloomington not have a forestry division with a chainsaw or two to fix both these hazards.

7th Street, east of campus, has a stretch where the foliage of a yard has overgrown into the eastbound bicycle lane. (At some points during the summer, it was long enough to brush the sides of vehicles NOT in the bike lane). This causes bicycles to veer out into the single vehicular traffic lane, and I've seen several near misses.

The timing on the lights at Covenanter and College Mall Road have been changed and it is creating a huge traffic jam. The lights for traffic on Covenanter have been shortened to approximately 5 seconds for the left turn and 12 seconds for the green light. Please retime these lights immediately.
