New stop light at Rolling Ridge way had traffic on 2nd street backed up to The Eye Center at 5:10pm. Usually takes around 10 minutes for me to get home it was 20 due to the poor timing of the new light. There was a time around 5:20pm where the light was only green going down 2nd street for a minute before it turned red. Safety concern as well for ambulances trying to get down 2nd street (especially by the co-op where there is cement barriers in the middle of the road). Will be a huge concern when 37 (I-69) 2nd street ramps under construction in a few months.

Good Evening, Since the light at Ridgeway (I'm pretty sure that's the st, it's right in front of Twin Lakes Gym) and 2nd Street started working on Monday traffic in the morning, but especially in the evening, has been horrendous on 2nd St. It is now currently taking me about 40 minutes to get from the IU Campus to Eller Rd when leaving campus around 5:15. Traffic is bumper to bumper from 2nd and Rogers until after the new light. I feel like this is not just a ridiculous amount of traffic for a city the size of Bloomington, but that it is creating dangerous traffic situations. I'm afraid it's going to cause accidents. With all of the construction in town and people using alternate routes it is creating nightmares for drivers as I'm sure you are aware. NOW they have the right turn lane off Smith road to 45 east closed. Traffic backs up well past the hill coming down Smith to get out onto 45 again. A couple of years they were doing something along 45 and put a 3 way stop at Smith and 45. This seriously needs done again for the ongoing construction. I'd like to see it as a permant relief for traffic issues at this much used, congested area. Thank you

We need a deer crossing sign. Many deer are starting to travel the creekbed, and I am concerned they will cause an accident when they cross over Allen Street, bc people drive very fast through here.

On 2 separate occasions I have approached the Sare/Rogers roundabout from the south side to find someone driving towards me on the roundabout, going the wrong direction. Both drivers were older ladies, and may have been confused by the signage as they approached the roundabout. Is there someone who can look at the signs and see if something is confusing. If I've seen this happen twice, how many more times has it happened when I wasn't there? And when is someone going to be killed because of it?

Neighbor repeatedly parks in alley, blocking safe flow of traffic (1st alley between Wylie and Dodds, off Rogers) Repeatedly asked not to block alley, but continues to do so.

Thanks for the hard work being performed along Patterson drive. Request - the intersection of Patterson Drive & Bloomfield RD / 2nd ST is very busy through 8 am. Would it be possible to not block southbound Patterson until about 8:10 to help with traffic flow?
