Shrubs in front of Gouldys restraunt supply at 17th and Willis drive are obstructing view of on coming traffic while trying to pull out of Willis drive looking back to the west.

At 15th and Walnut, just west of Walnut, the curb is painted to allow parking. Often there are three cars parked there. When a car is parked as close to Walnut as legally possible according to the yellow curb, it is impossible to come east on 15th and get back over to the stop sign behind the stop line. This means the rear end of one's car is sticking into the westbound lane of 15th, or else the front is sticking into Walnut. If the yellow curb were extended westward from the intersection to leave room for just two cars to park, it would be simple to get over to the stop line and not be in the way of westbound traffic on 15th. Thank you.

Someone has parked a construction dumpster in the alley between Wylie and Dodds, just off of S Rogers.

TOTALLY fucked that people are allowed to block an alley with a construction dumpster when they have a driveway that is large enough to contain the dumpster. THANKS so much for looking out for the public...oh yeah, I forgot, private individual needs always trump the public...this city sucks

A street sign was recently installed at E Thornton Dr & S Henderson St (on the southside of town), and it is missing again. I'm not sure if the recent high winds may have blown the sign off, or what happened. Also, the street sign at E North Dr & S Henderson St (by South High School) is reversed. So many cars are speeding through the Waterman neighborhood, between 7th and 8th St from Vernal Pk to Spring St. The speeders run up and down 7th and 8th St. Here are some ideas the City could help us out with, 1. a Temporary Speed Display Board on 8th St, 2. Additional speed limit signs, 3. Speed bumps. I would certainly welcome any suggestions you might have.

Indiana RR bridge on Adams St. has many severe impacts scars. The Waterman Neighborhood Association is considering a painting project, but would like inspection and repairs first. Suggestion: paint it yellow, so speeders would see it, and the City have paint on hand to cover up speeder mistakes.

Does anyone even monitor the lights to enter a freeway. Car pool lane is only for two or more in the vehicle. The ramp from Bush Lake Road to enter 494E is constantly being abused. Car after car after car is using the car pool lane with only one person in the vehicle. Very frustrating as I'm in the proper lane awaiting my turn and watching all these other cars entering the freeway and not using the proper lane. Why have this feature if it isn't monitored?

The construction crew on South Sare road at the new apartments started setting up safety barrels at 7:45am. They blocked traffic for 10 min. They had no signs up, and there were to many of the workers standing and talking to the flaggers keeping them distracted and in the road making the conditions unsafe to the workers and motorists. One worker was laughing and turned without looking and almost got hit by 1 of the many drivers that were forced to turn around in the middle of the street due to being late for work and very long lines. Several of the workers did not have their safety helmets or safety vests on. And the last several work days they have left the road in muddy conditions making the road slippery when it rains. I live in the apartments adjacent to the construction site and have witnessed cars slightly sliding when they have to hit theirs brakes quickly due to the heavy traffic and the heavy population in the area. Please have the crews take care of the safety issues and concerns. I know when I was inspecting for smithville communications during their mass construction a few years ago that I was asked to have the crews I was in charge of to wait until after 8am to set up any work that required a flagger unless it was an ongoing job and the barrels were left out from the previous day with a temporary stop light and warning signs.
