I live on tudor lane in bloomington. Can you tell me how many feet a car can park from an intersection. We have a car parked at the end of our street that makes it impossible to turn into the correct lane. It makes it dangerous when they move it onto the adjacent lane because of moving car having to be on wrong side of road when pulling out also. Just curious if there is a law on this? I would like to remain anonymous if they are contacted.

I think it would be beneficial to have signs that say "Cross traffic does not stop" at S. Dunn and E. Smith and the intersections of Henderson with 1st, University, and 2nd. I have almost been hit over 15 times in the past 4 months. Southbound S. Dunn and Northbound Henderson do not have stop signs, but the other cross street drivers assume we do and barrel ahead into the intersection without second thought. Is there a way to add these safety/cautionary signs? I am an extremely defensive and vigilant driver, which is the only reason I haven't been hit yet, but I am extremely nervous every time I drive on these streets, and I imagine others are as well. Please help!

Undafe intersections: There are TOO many accidents at the intersection of E. 3rd Street and Park Ridge Road! It is difficult to see oncoming traffic when heading East on 3rd St. at the intersection. There seems to be an accident at this intersection about once a week. There needs to be a blinker light or stoplight or SOMETHING! ~ AND there is a 4-way stop at the intersection of Park Ridge Road and Morningside Dr. which is RARELY observed. Traffic runs thru barely slowing down. Children are in this area! (Bus stops, park, tennis courts...) Someone is going to get hurt or killed. I live on this corner and I am amazed at the number of vehicles running the stop signs - both directions! PLEASE look in to this situation and DO SOMETHING! Thank you for your attention.

The crosswalk stripes on the west side of Rogers in the new crosswalk between First and Second streets are gone, perhaps scraped off by a snow plow. Only half the street looks like a crosswalk.

Please, forward this to the correct department if I have chosen the wrong one to send this to. Traffic sign on the corner of E Second and High Street: children crossing the road. It is barely visible. St. Charles School has a summer institute, so even though it is the end of the school year soon, it still is important that this sign becomes completely visible again. Thanks!

The stoplight at Jordan and 3rd has no sign indicating to north bound traffic that they can't turn right. I work at mother Bear's pizza and see dozens of cars going the wrong way down 3rd and I am positive that putting in a one way sign at that innersection and a sign indicating that you can't turn right would fix the issue. Traffic along 1st and 2nd Streets and Henderson continues to increase in volume, speed, and non-compliance with stop signs. This is especially evident during morning and afternoon rush hours. Drivers have found they can cross town faster by cutting through core neighborhoods and ignoring traffic laws, than using major thoroughfares. Increased police presence would likely get these cars back on major roads. It is important the city realizes that it is the breaking of traffic laws that is making this traffic pattern desirable for drivers. I live at 1st and Henderson and less than 50% of cars come to a complete stop at this intersection.
