Does anyone even monitor the lights to enter a freeway. Car pool lane is only for two or more in the vehicle. The ramp from Bush Lake Road to enter 494E is constantly being abused. Car after car after car is using the car pool lane with only one person in the vehicle. Very frustrating as I'm in the proper lane awaiting my turn and watching all these other cars entering the freeway and not using the proper lane. Why have this feature if it isn't monitored?

Indiana RR bridge on Adams St. has many severe impacts scars. The Waterman Neighborhood Association is considering a painting project, but would like inspection and repairs first. Suggestion: paint it yellow, so speeders would see it, and the City have paint on hand to cover up speeder mistakes.

Poor visibility of the "do not enter" signs where 11th st becomes one way have created a situation where multiple cars a day continue the wrong way onto eleventh. The signs are faded, and they are placed too far back over the crest of the hill. They're also partially blocked by fencing from construction. Many drivers don't realize they are going the wrong way, then continue through the intersection of 11th and Woodlawn, and through the intersection of 11th and Park traveling the wrong way. It's especially dangerous because people traveling on Woodlawn or Park don't have stop signs and won't expect drivers to come from the wrong direction.

A street sign was recently installed at E Thornton Dr & S Henderson St (on the southside of town), and it is missing again. I'm not sure if the recent high winds may have blown the sign off, or what happened. Also, the street sign at E North Dr & S Henderson St (by South High School) is reversed. The E Southdowns Drive sign is missing where the street intersects with High Street. Also, the street signs at the intersection of E Southdowns Dr and Circle Dr are missing.

Stop light at North Walnut and Old State Road 37. I waited over 7min for green light to turn from old 37 to Walnut. This is not the first time. Please fix the issue.
