People park on Driscoll at corner of Washington AT the stop sign. Essentially makes the street one way. Also you can’t see the speed limit sign in the Driscoll block from walnut to Washington. New building also has no curbing painting for corner of alley along with fire hydrant !!!
Fairfield Dr. is a 1-way road, yet there are no signs on many access points to signify it as such. Traffic often goes the wrong way. This is one frequent occurrence location.
Between approximately 1910 until about 1925 on 3/21/24, I witnessed 6-8 vehicles drive south in the northbound lane in the construction area from Fountain then turning west on 7th St. The vehicles ranged from a full-size truck pulling a trailor, the kind to haul a riding lawnmower, to an either 2-door or small 4-door car and judging from the high speed at which the car drove and the timing of the next northbound car, the southbound car entered the construction zone at the same time or after the northbound car entered from Kirkwood. This was all within 15-20 minutes on the 4th day of the closure.It's going to be a problem.
At the intersection of Allen St and Strong Dr.,vehicles park along the curb up to and past the stop sign, making it dangerous to make a right turn. Is there a law that states a certain distance away from stop signs is required? Thank you for your time.
Someone has parked their vehicle on our property in a no parking zone.
Huge increase in speeding on Allendale (Essex to Dunston). Lots of people out walking, so safety is an issue. Requesting additional monitoring.
Park Ridge neighborhood - We need the street dept. to re-stencil all of the traffic calming symbols and stripes on all the speed bumps. Also, all posts with safety reflectors need to be inspected. Some missing altogether as well as many round reflectors missing. Please follow up - we would appreciate it! Weather is perfect for such work! We request a traffic counter to show the amount of vehicles that do not stop at this intersection. Children are out more due to closure and too many times vehicles have made it dangerous for bike riding and pedestrians. Please please please take us seriously. Vehicles are going at exceeding speeds and ignoring traffic signs. Side walks do not have on ramps and children are riding bikes in the street and vehicles are risking lives of children.
When will W 17th St reopen? No construction activity during the past 2 weeks...........
Please make South Dunn Street between Grimes and Hillside One-Way only, Northbound. This is a very narrow street. Oftentimes, traffic travels through here at a high rate of speed. If there is more than one car traveling on the street at a time in opposite directions, we frequently have to pull to the side into parking (if room) or one car has to either stop at an intersection to allow the car to pass, OR one of the cars have to back up into a parking space or another intersection to let another car pass. PLEASE consider making my street a one-way street Northbound which would align with the only available parking spaces on the side of the street. THANK YOU! :-)
