Citizen says that roads through Winslow Farm between Winslow & Henderson (Bent Tree Dr, Wylie Farm Rd) are used as cut throughs and there is a bad speeding problem. Would like problem monitored and City to look into ways of reducing the speeding either through enforcement or some kind of traffic control.

Citizen says there is a short stretch of Hillside east of the intersection with Woodlawn which is dangerous to bicyclists and could be easily fixed by paving the shoulder. Julio will give copy of full comments from website to Tim.
"Turn arrow and street sign has been hit by a car and needs to be fixed" at corner of W 17th St. and Crescent Rd.
"Intersection of 2nd St and Basswood Rd is very dangerous. Would like City to look into placing some kind of stop/traffic control there. Cars have a very difficult time crossing 2nd St at this location.
Intersection of 3rd and Pete Ellis is dangerous. Often a line for a left hand turn from 3rd develops to enter the B N parking lot. Island on 3rd doesn't allow traffic to get out of way from through traffic. Problem results in sudden braking and traffic congestion into College Mall and 3rd intersection. JAMES WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE LOADING ZONE LOCATED IN FRONT OF HIS OFFICES AT 418 S WALNUT STREET MOVED TO IN FRONT OF THE BARS THAT ARE LOCATED DOWN THE STREET. THE LOADING ZONE IS USED FOR DELIVERIES FOR THESE 2 BARS. JAMES WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE LOADING ZONE CHANGED TO PUBLIC PARKING. SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT FROM WEBSITE.
Another mailbox was hit on Allendale Dr. in Sherwood Oaks neighborhood near the corner of Allendale and Dunstan. This is the 2nd time this mailbox has been hit by a distracted driver in the last month. I live on the corner of Allendale and Dunstan and have witnessed countless drivers fly through the stop sign. This is also a city bus stop as well as my child's school bus stop. I am now in fear of letting my children use the sidewalk to walk to the little library, the park, and friend's homes. We shouldn't have to worry about this in our neighborhood. Many kids, adults, and pets use these sidewalks every day and shouldn't feel scared or worried that they are in danger. My neighbors dog was hit and killed last year at this 4 way stop. Let's do something before another pet or person gets hurt.
