Someone has painted over the yellow curb on College Avenue (just north of the railroad bridge) with gray paint, allowing cars to park on the street in this area. Accessibility and safety issue at intersection of Williamsburg drive and the access roads to Best Buy and Barnes and Noble. There should be a stop sign for both Northbound and Southbound vehicles on Williamsburg to make it safe to cross.

The resident at 3030 86th st Bloomington always parks his car halfway in the street. Currently the snow plows can not clear the area and it’s at an already dangerous intersection. Please endorse parking requirements with him to ensure safety for all.
