the corner of normandale blvd & old Shakopee rd. the left turn go arrow don't come on correctly (when facing west and trying to turn south). I have contacted the police about this issue but so far no change. in the middle of the night it doesn't work at all and during the day sometimes it works properly and sometimes it doesn't. their used to be a "trip switch" that would go off and change the red arrow to green but that is not working in the middle of the night at all. please call. thank you.

Just south of the railroad bridge over N College, cars are routinely parked in the bike lane, requiring cyclists to swerve into the car lane to get around the parked car. This is dangerous! Please repaint the yellow curb. If you can't because of the weather, please post a temporary no-parking sign there until you can. Thanks!

At 15th and Walnut, just west of Walnut, the curb is painted to allow parking. Often there are three cars parked there. When a car is parked as close to Walnut as legally possible according to the yellow curb, it is impossible to come east on 15th and get back over to the stop sign behind the stop line. This means the rear end of one's car is sticking into the westbound lane of 15th, or else the front is sticking into Walnut. If the yellow curb were extended westward from the intersection to leave room for just two cars to park, it would be simple to get over to the stop line and not be in the way of westbound traffic on 15th. You have a crosswalk with a planter. The huge sidewalk you are putting in has made the road too narrow. You should make the crosswalk planter small so the road is not too narrow. Will the new, much narrower road meet the width requirements? Seems like this is just going to create accidents and the city is being negligent.

The crosswalk signals on Bloomfield and landmark right across from Buffalo Wild Wings are not working properly. I have waited 20 minutes just to cross the street to the bus stop and have even missed the bus due to this issue. It is very irritating and dangerous as I have had to just run across to catch the bus on time.
