The Street marker sign installed by the developer at Franklin Business Park is too small. By MUTCD standards, it should be 8" instead of 5". Also, Stop signs and One-Way signage in accordance with MUTCD standards is required along Fairfield Drive.
Cars park and block the alley. He is requesting no parking signs for the alley.
Complainant would like a traffic volume count performed on Convenanter for use in assessing the impact of the Rogers Development proposed behind Jackson Creek Shopping Center.
Complainant would like Ballantine made one-way going north and Hawthorne made one-way going south. She feels that this will make for a safer pedestrian crossing. (see letter in traffic complaint file)
Complainant had a question in regards to whether Automall Road is 2 or 4 lanes. I told her that it currently is striped as two lanes allthough there is considerable lane width. She requested that the City either install signs saying that it is 2 lane or strip it as 4.
The complaintant feels that the alley added to the NW corner of the parking lot at High Point Park Apts. is unsafe and that we should take a look at it.
Restrict parking along the south edge of Hillside Dr. at 800 E. Hillside.
Requested a study of the Washington and Lincoln Street segments between Hillside and First.
Unsafe condition at 13th and Fess and 13th and Park due to parked cars.
