There is a north/south alley that runs between 7th & 8th Streets behind Keller Heating & Cooling. There is another east/west alley that intersects the n/s alley ending in the Johnson Creamery parking lot. Sharon states that one of their employee trucks were recently hit using these alleys. Traffic by the Library project is terrible. Need to limit/prohibit parking on Grant Street across from Pygmalion's. It's to narrow. Construction often blocks 6th, 7th, and Grant at the same time. When 6th is blocked, cars must go the wrong way to exit the Library parking lot. Construction people should be reminded not to block all three streets at once. Can construction workers be given permits for Zone so that they don't have to park on Grant.
