Traffic by the Library project is terrible. Need to limit/prohibit parking on Grant Street across from Pygmalion's. It's to narrow. Construction often blocks 6th, 7th, and Grant at the same time. When 6th is blocked, cars must go the wrong way to exit the Library parking lot. Construction people should be reminded not to block all three streets at once.
