Traffic issue around tri north due( Tri north areas Dyer Blair and maple 14th st) to increase of students, and parent pick ups. Safety concerns. I have two videos showing concern 1 where it one way traffic due to parked cars on both sides of roads and I almost get hit. W. 1st seems to be open through Walnut as of 12/23/24. There are no speed limit signs anymore. It used to be 20 I believe. People are zooming by excite that it’s open but it’s dangerous for animals and pedestrians. Also does no parking still apply? Speed Signage and oversight needed asap.

Drivers who have the right away in the intersection, traveling East or West bound, do not know the stop signs have been removed and is now only a two way stop. Drivers will sit in the intersection confused for 2-5 minutes at a time, when they could continue their travel given the right away. There needs to be some sort of signage to signal that east and westbound traffic does not need to stop at the intersection.

I appreciate that you are going to analyze this corner based on the potential Sudbury development. BUT, please change this intersection regardless of what happens with that development. It is already a dangerous intersection with the current traffic flow. There are near misses all day long. The accidents that happen are always bad, not just small fender benders. Allen is too steep. It makes visibility bad and makes it difficult to get traction up the hill and enter Bloomfield safely.

Why isn’t the speed bumps painted in a yellow or some time of color, so we aren’t tearing our cars up just going the speed limit? Please paint them. They blend in with the road.

When turning left out of the B-Line trailhead on W Country Club Drive, the visibility is blocked by foliage just off the sidewalk. This makes it very difficult to see the oncoming traffic, and could cause an accident. The solution is straightforward, trim back the foliage that is blocking the line of sight.

There is a car currently parked in the alley way between the townhouses on Samuel Lane. Cars are also parked in the no parking zone on Ezekiel Drive almost every day. Fire trucks have had issues getting through in the past. Most of the individuals are from the apartments.

Citizen says on 4/22 City Sanitation truck nearly hit a bicyclist coming from Waldron onto Kirkwood and then hit a stop sign at the following street.
