There is a north/south alley that runs between 7th & 8th Streets behind Keller Heating & Cooling. There is another east/west alley that intersects the n/s alley ending in the Johnson Creamery parking lot. Sharon states that one of their employee trucks were recently hit using these alleys. The new median at the intersection of 3rd and Grant has been helpful. However, I have seen a number of drivers who are disgruntled not being able to turn the direction they want go around the median in a dangerous way. In one instance I witnessed, I believe this caused a fender-bender accident. In another instance I experienced as a pedestrian crossing, a car made an illegal turn around the median and had to stop right before me. I suggest that there be an extra pylon placed at the ends of the median's yellow lines to disincentivize this erratic driving.

There need to be stop signs here or some warning that there no longer are stop signs, you guys took out the stop signs now every car races down E 7th street. It's been two days and there has already been a car crash, this could be a student next. It is not safe at all and needs action taken immediately.

There are always multiple cars parked on the street with no permits during the week & I can never find parking. They never seem to be ticketed but after paying for a permit it is incredibly frustrating.

The curb where the traffic calming device is located at the southwest corner to Third and Rogers needs to be painted yellow to keep people from parking there
