My water utility bill seems to have an extreme issue and this is quite urgent. I was charged $525.70 for the month of February for my water bill which is basically impossible to do and especially with little to no change in our water usage from month-to-month. This is more than a 1,000% increase in charges from last month. I want this to be looked at as soon as possible and closely please!

my address 515 1/2 W Howe st. Bloomington 47403. I have recently noticed decreased water pressure at least half or more at all hours of the day. I have no leaks in my home and am unsure which meter is mine but it does not appear to be spinning. I am unsure of who to contact the city or my landlord. 4021 E. Morningside Drive. Multiple faucets, shower heads, etc. started dripping this week. Seems like more than coincidence. Are there any pressure irregularities or other items in City water in our neighborhood that could be impacting my household? Thank you.
