Just north of the bus stop on College Ave by the Sunflower II apartments at 1015 N College, the manhole cover was flopped over and everything wide open as shown in the picture.

Dear Bloomington water department., Last week my pipes froze your team came to my home promptly and turned off the water right after calling for an emergency shut off at the meter. I am back to town and would like to have your team come back to my home and turn the water back on at the meter. Please let me know if this can happen this afternoon, I would like to be at the house when the water is turned back on so that I can deal with any water issues if I have a broken pipe. Thank you! There seems to be water coming up out from under the street, directly through the water pipe at the intersection of Mitchell and E University St, near 1600 E. University St. It has been dripping westward down E. University St. all day today. I live at 1410 E University but walk past that corner multiple times a day

I work for Mackie Properties, and we manage a rental at 828 S Harvey Dr. Our tenants reported a broken water/sewer cover in their front yard last month. My coworker left CBU a voicemail about the issue 8/30/22, but I don't think we heard back, so I wanted to follow up on having this utility lid repaired/replaced. Thank you!
