My water utility bill seems to have an extreme issue and this is quite urgent. I was charged $525.70 for the month of February for my water bill which is basically impossible to do and especially with little to no change in our water usage from month-to-month. My home owner association asked me to request replacement of the water valve covers as seen in the attached document. The 3' diameter one does not fit it's nest and the 8 '' one is missing.

My home owners association asked that I request replacement of the cast iron water utility valve covers in my neighborhood. I have attached a picture of the one that is missing. It is a 8'' diameter cover located on the east turnabout. There is also a 3' cover that does not fit in it's nest in the yard of unit 713.
