Sewage was backing up into our house from the drain line, called out a plumber, and they were able to clear the blockage, but found a break in the line outside of our house due to the recent fiber optic cable installation. The external line needs repaired at this break as mud is still exposed and could cause another blockage in the line and we would also like a reimbursement for the cost of the plumbers that had to come out today.

Grey water drainage from this address is draining onto my property at 2408 S Shadow Grove Ct. The homeowner had painted the white PVC plumbing pipe brown so that it blends in with the ground and then added a storm grate over it.

Sewer line backing up. Plumber came and snaked it, and then ran a camera. The collapsed pipe is under the street, so it's a city pipe.

The toilet in our half bathroom gurgled, churned, and spewed water for a solid 20 seconds, to where the water came up and out of the toilet and there was a strong smell of sewage. We have had root issues in the past but we saw a turck in the neighborhood and maybe it is a mainline pipe issue? In any case, we'd prefer someone knows that this impacted our house.

Hello! I filed this request yesterday but it says it was filed anonymously, so I just wanted to be sure someone could contact me. It smells very strongly of sewage coming from Cascades Creek at 210 E. Gilbert. We are in the process of purchasing this house and property, and we really don't want to smell it every day! The odor of raw sewage is especially strong throughout this area close to Lower Cascades and the baseball fields. I live just north of this area, so am regularly driving or biking through. While the odor has consistently been present over the years, it has been especially strong and consistent in recent weeks/months. I am not certain of the exact source, but I have concerns there is leaking sewage pipe or some other source of exposed sewage. Thank you for any efforts to identify and/or remedy this issue!

The sanitary sewer at the corner of my yard (Forrester and Kristen Ct) is putting off a terrible smell. Several weeks ago a utility truck was scoping the sewer and I did not notice before then but now it is very pronounced while I wait with my child at the bus stop.

There is a very strong sewer smell around the Broadview Learning Center building and the Broadview Park. The smell has gotten into the building, but definitely is originating from outside.

What is going on with the sewerage treatment plant? The odor is terrible and getting worse. I don't want to vomit but it is close. It is bad today. Something is not working properly.
