I am concerned about the sewage line between East Dunstan and East Clairmont. After the melt last year, there was a major blockage causing my basement to be flooded with sewage.The level in my home sewage line has been visibly rising the last few days, and I’d like to ask to check for blockage in the sewage line between East Dunstan and East Clairmont.
The main sewage line north of my home is backing up (again). This is a recurring issue. The water/sewage level at the access hole has reached the level of the basement, and the basement toilet has started to back up. Please clean out the blockage in the main sewage. I am aware that you had crews there earlier this year to cut back roots, but something is blocking this sewage line now.
Sewage water backing up into my basement. I have checked all of my own plumbing (bathroom in basement; water heater; washer) and everything seems to be in good shape. I have identified water coming (in reverse) out of the drain that services my AC/Furnace. That sewer water then makes its way to my basement floor drain and exits. I have obseved that at heavier usage times (when 2 of us are in the shower and the washer is on) the drain is unable to keep up and thus water ends up on the floor of my basement. This has been happening for about 4-5 days now.
At least two sanitary sewer cleanouts in the ROW with sewage leaking out. One is in the middle of the sidewalk at the Northeast corner of S High Street and E Arden. The other cleanout is about 50 feet North of the cleanout in the sidewalk.

Sewer lid behind our home is overflowing. We are leaving town, but thought we should report. It is close to Sherwood Oaks Park and Olcott Park walking path. Approximate red marker.
In the grass north/south easement behind my property that runs parallel between Washington and Lincoln, just south of Davis, there is an open sewer pipe.
The sewer lines for 2201, 2203, and 2207 connect together and then jointly connect to city sewer. As this was done sometime in the 1950s, is this up to current city codes? Over the past few years there have been a few sewer back-ups as a result of all lines being connected. Is there a grant available to the homeowners that will allow each of them to disconnect from each other and connect to city sewer individually? My house is at 2308 E Linden Hill Drive in the Stands. In the open area behind my house, which borders on the Stands Drive there is a manhole labelled "sanitary sewer". Nearby that manhole there are 3 or 4 apparent sink holes (one about 18 inches deep) that seem to have formed recently. They may have no connection with the sewer system, but I suggest that they be checked out to make certain that there is not a leak of some kind, that could cause more damage.
