Customer's address is 2102 E Wimbleton. I spoke w/ customer on 12/27/13 and advised him to contact Renee Rose in the Risk Dept and provided him with her contact #.
At 1787 West Third Street, there was a strong sewer odor in the building.This matter was given to the legal department, per Tom Axsom. Customer was notified.
Water is running across the road, and it smells like sewer.
Sheila McGlothlin received a call from Mr Haney on Feb 6th advising "they have had a large plastic green pipe sticking out of their ground at an angle for about the past year. He was wondering the status of this pipe and what if anything will be done with it?"

Customer had sewer back up on 8-23-13 CBU ran sewer line, it was ok ( see case # 133616 ) on 8-26-13 customer calls back and says Roto Rooter tv'd line and said problem is damage to sewer line where it connects to main.

Customer believes that her sewer has not been cleaned out. And thinks that she has been missed.
Customer says there is a sulfer smell coming from toilet and bathroom sink.
Customer says driveway is cracking around manhole cover in her drive, and wants CBU to repair it.
