Sewage is backing up in our basement after today's rain at 901 W Briarcliff Dr, Bloomington IN 47404. We have rotorooter coming out, but in the past roots in the city line in front of the house caused backups. Please check this line as soon as possible to see if it needs roots cut. We've experienced a catastrophic backup due to problems in the city's line before and wish to avoid a recurrence. Thank you very much for your help in this matter.

The manhole cover to the sewer in front of 1008 S Washington St has not been properly placed, so it wobbles when cars drive over.

At 3805 E Tamarron Dr. CBU crews worked on the street sewer last march. A saw horse barricade was set in place where the asphalt had been removed. Can anyone let us know when this job will be finished?

Customer's address is 2102 E Wimbleton. I spoke w/ customer on 12/27/13 and advised him to contact Renee Rose in the Risk Dept and provided him with her contact #.

We have continuous roots in the sewer lines. The last time the one was cleaned out in front of 3333 S Eden Drive, the plumber said we should contact the City because there are roots in their portion of the line. Could you possibly check this line and if there is an issue? Thanks!

Sheila McGlothlin received a call from Mr Haney on Feb 6th advising "they have had a large plastic green pipe sticking out of their ground at an angle for about the past year. He was wondering the status of this pipe and what if anything will be done with it?"

We seem to have a clog in our sewer drain and we have gone out 95 feet and still can't reach the problem. We need someone to come and check this out. I believe our portion is up to 85 feet. Here is a secondary number is you can't reach us at the above number. 812-360-4139. Thank you!
