We had a sewer blockage today. The plumber sent a camera through the sewer pipe and discovered that the fiber optic crew had pierced our sewer line, causing the back up.

There is water that smells like sewage bubbling up out of the drainage pipes. I've seen it literally bubbling up as if under pressure so I believe it comes from some kind of underground pipe but I can't be sure. The area is always wet as a result and smells.
The main sewage line north of my home is backing up (again). This is a recurring issue. The water/sewage level at the access hole has reached the level of the basement, and the basement toilet has started to back up. Please clean out the blockage in the main sewage. I am aware that you had crews there earlier this year to cut back roots, but something is blocking this sewage line now.
We have had water backup every time it rains this spring. This has not been an issue in past years. We have had our main line cleared multiple times and scoped to ensure there are no issues with the line, but continue to get water coming through our flood drain in the basement every time it rains. Please can you sent someone to inspect the main city line on the 8600 block of Clinton Ave S to clear any blockage on your line? We are frustrated with the water backup.
I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. What is going on with the sewerage treatment plant? The odor is terrible and getting worse. I don't want to vomit but it is close. It is bad today. Something is not working properly.
I noticed a large pothold in the middle of the street on this block this morning. I don't think it was there last night, and it was dangerously large!
