Complaint concerns road conditions durng the winter time: Ice and snow builds up across the road from thier house. The Highway Dept. did check this out and leveled off the road, now water runs down the road, passing through their driveway, causing the gravel to wash out of the driveway, leaving a ditch. They would like to know what steps to take to end this problem

Brady complained about water in back yard. (There is a rock check dam in place). Also, Jeff Ellington said that a heavy rainfall had resulted in some water in his basement and thought it may be related to development north of his property

Says that some water bypasses the culvert at the intersection of Mormon & Old St. Rd. 37 and collects in a low spot on the north side of Mormon. He would like to either have a culvert at the low spot on Mormon or to change something so that none of the Old St. Rd. 37 water goes onto Mormon.

111? E. Kirkwood: Some sort of restaurant runoff (floor cleaning water?) is dumped from behind Opi Taylor's/Malibu. This goes on year round, but creates a sheet of ice in the winter (as it is today). The water runs/ices in front of an empty lot, so no one deals with the sidewalk. It's approx. 111? E. Kirkwood, just past the alley behind Book Corner, just at the start of the parking lot next to CVS.
I originally reported this in 2017, I guess before it was cold. ureport#161324 and I was told it was runoff from an AC unit, which I think we can be sure is not the case in today's weather.
I'm a daily walker from the near westside to campus. This is an ongoing problem. I really would like someone to just take some responsibility for either the initial liquid or the ice that results.
Thank you :)
