Sidewalk Snow Removal:

Web Form: 111? E. Kirkwood: Some sort of restaurant runoff (floor cleaning water?) is dumped from behind Opi Taylor's/Malibu. This goes on year round, but creates a sheet of ice in the winter (as it is today). The water runs/ices in front of an empty lot, so no one deals with the sidewalk. It's approx. 111? E. Kirkwood, just past the alley behind Book Corner, just at the start of the parking lot next to CVS. I originally reported this in 2017, I guess before it was cold. ureport#161324 and I was told it was runoff from an AC unit, which I think we can be sure is not the case in today's weather. I'm a daily walker from the near westside to campus. This is an ongoing problem. I really would like someone to just take some responsibility for either the initial liquid or the ice that results. Thank you :)

HAND can check for sidewalk clearing after the appropriate period of time has elapsed for removal. Russell, you took a look at this last time under 161324. Perhaps you can confirm the water source?
